Eddie helped me purchase my first home. He helped coordinate viewings and was very informative as far as the neighborhoods, cost, condition of the house, and negotiations. It was a quick find, fast offer, and a difficult seller, and Eddie was able to manage it all, and keep me informed throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with him and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Sacramento.

Recommend!! I was told 2 other times by other realtors not associated with this team that it was impossible for me to get a home and didn’t even try to help me or even answer any questions that made me think I would never be able to get a home so I stopped searching. Then we met EDUARDO who was an amazing help since the beginning until our closing day. He had so much patience and was very helpful with our questions and concerns. Thanks to Eduardo we were able to get our New HOME. I definitely recommend going with The PIRE team and especially with Eduardo.

The Pire team is an amazing team. We worked with Eduardo Aguilar, and let me just start by saying he really is amazing. We never had to worry or wonder about any little thing because Eduardo always made sure to get the news or information to us as soon as possible. During the whole process he wasn’t just a realtor but he really was a friend as well. He answered any questions we had, he would always send tons of informational videos as well. Honestly Eduardo is just such an amazing person altogether, he’s definitely someone you would want to work with, and I recommend him to anybody who is looking for help with homes or even just some questions. Eduardo is definitely worth it!

My partner and I were in the market for purchasing our very first home and were in need of an agent. We were referred Eduardo through our lender at Golden Bay Mortgage when we asked if they had an agent that they would recommend us and they immediately gave us Eduardo's name. We had interviewed about 3 other agents and Eduardo was our last interview and we very quickly connected with him. He was clearly knowledgeable, confident and thoughtful. He went out of his way to always make sure we were comfortable with every step along the home-buying process and made home-viewing such an enjoyable experience. He identified places in each home that were probably not at their best condition and would never sugarcoat any situation. He made it very apparent that we were never just another sell for him, but that he wanted to make sure that he could be our realtor for life and wanted to make us feel secure in confident throughout the whole process. We began working with Eduardo and the PIRE team in February and they stuck with us until we closed on our home in October. Eduardo was there to help answer any and all questions seemingly at all parts of the day. When we finally put in our first offer, Eduardo gave us a full run-down of what to expect and what our negotiations would be. He did such a great job communicating with the seller's agent that we were able to renegotiate our initial offer. We were so excited and a little terrified when our offer got accepted and we began the home-buying process. Within a day Eduardo had scheduled every single one of our inspections and we began getting all our disclosures signed. Eduardo was there for every inspection and gave us a verbal synopsis of each finding. He also helped us articulate the official written document of every inspection. He was answering every question along the way and never minded clarifying any answers even if it was repetitive. We felt so immensely secure in our decision because we were working with Eduardo and were are now extremely happy in our first home together. We highly recommend Eduardo to every single one of our friends and we hope that he helps all of you the same way he helped us.

We had a great experience with our realtor, Eduardo Aguilar. Not only was he patient, but extremely knowledgeable. He kept us informed about the market and never pressured us to make any decisions we weren't ready for. My partner and I wanted to make sure we had someone who could guide us as first time homebuyers and someone who could really listen to our needs as clients. We loved working with Eduardo! He made buying our first home extremely easy and answered every question we had along the way. He is a Sacramento native and had great insights into the neighborhoods and things to consider based on our interests and goals. We got an offer under asking accepted and closed in less than 30 days! If you are interested in purchasing a home reach out to Eduardo immediately! Eduardo is passionate about his work and was dedicated to helping me find my first home. I knew nothing about purchasing a home, but Eduardo kept me informed throughout the entire process. Eduardo had an answer for EVERY QUESTION I had throughout the entire buying process, and still continues to have all the answers (Months after closing). Eduardo showed me what to look for while doing walk-throughs and even pointed out any problems that he noticed while doing so. Eduardo never made me feel pressured into putting in an offer on any home that I was not 100% sure about.

If you’re looking for someone that has their finger on the pulse on Sacramento real estate, Eduardo is your guy. Born and raised in the capitol, Ed is familiar with the varying neighborhoods and the tempo of the game. He knows people all over town and is quick to find out information on anything you’re interested in. And if he doesn’t know an answer, he will seek it without hesitation.
One of my favorite things about Eduardo is his limitless patience. This was our first purchase and I message him feverishly with house inquiries at all hours. And he would give me his time and look into it.
