Eduardo originally comes from a background in Human Resources and online training development. The experience he ascertained taught him the value of conducting smart, ethical work. After doing this for over 11 years he figured his career was due for a change and in 2019 Eduardo made what he calls his, "...best career decision yet," and made the switch into Real Estate! In 2021 Eduardo was able to achieve over $6,500,000 in volume sales alone! Eduardo credits much of his success in Real Estate from his desire to help his clients learn the ins and outs of the home buying/selling process by keeping them fully engaged at every step. Eduardo is known for his "homework" style approach to Real Estate. This is where he leverages every piece of technology at his disposal to present his clients with details and facts on any property they show interest in. He strategizes with them by reviewing market trends and building out comparative market analysis reports that he creates for his buyers and sellers. Some fun facts about Eduardo are that he was born in Puerto Rico, has an identical twin brother, went to school at Valencia College for Digital Media in Orlando, Florida, lived in Miami for 10 years, and now claims himself as a proud Chicagoan having lived here for over 5 years! His go to cheat meal is a deep-dish pizza from JB Albertos!
