Edvin has assisted my wife and I with the purchase of a lot in a subdivision, the sale of a home and the purchase of two other homes. When we were selling our primary home he made the process quick and painless. He helped us with pricing our home, advised us of things that should be done to appeal to buyers and actively marketed our home. We were happy with what we got for it and how quickly it sold. When we purchased a new home and a rental property Edvin spent hours combing through properties to find exactly what we wanted. He walked with us through the homes he had found offering us information about items he saw that were beneficial and those that might indicate bigger problems. With both home purchases he helped us determine our offering prices and negotiated hard to get us a good price. in both cases our purchase price was well below the appraised value which meant we had equity the day we closed. Edvin even found an error that the title company missed in the closing documents for one purchase that saved us nearly a thousand dollars. His attention to detail in finding what we wanted, looking at properties, and all of the paperwork was invaluable. Beyond being a great real estate agent, the reason I would recommend Edvin as an agent to friends or family is his integrity. Edvin has helped us with 4 transactions over the last 5 years and the trust he's earned is the main reason I wouldn't consider another agent.
