Edward Bluemel

Edward N. Bluemel II is a Vice President at ACO Commercial specializing in the sale of investment properties throughout the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Mr. Bluemel joins ACO with over ten years of experience in multiple facets of commercial real estate, ranging from financial analysis/modeling, debt/equity investment underwriting, portfolio management, and asset dispositions across all asset types. His past employers have included a REIT, an asset management firm, a real estate finance company and a bank.
During his career, he has arranged in excess of $300 Million in real estate financing, property sales, and mortgage note sales. Prior to joining ACO Commercial, Mr. Bluemel served as the Director of REO at a regional bank, where he was responsible for the management and disposition of over $88 Million in mortgage notes and real property, overseeing a 500+ property REO portfolio in the Chicago market.
