Ed helped me 15 yrs ago buy my 1st house, so of course I went back to him to sell. The familiarity and trust were already there. I knew my house would sell easily. What I didn't anticipate from his connections and professionalism, was how fast and for how much. Anyone wanna sell their house in 4 hrs for $$K OVER asking price ?? Ed is great overall. Quick response to questions and informed answers. When dealing with the seller he was fair and reasonable while working out the deal. This was our first home purchase and it was very easy with Ed. We used a mortgage broker we found through other sources and that was no problem for min to work with. Although, Ed's connection to his trade was very nice as well, home inspection and insurance, easy stuff when you use his friends throughout the community.
**10/10 would recommend to a friend or a stranger.

Anytime you sell a house, it's stressful. Selling the house of a loved after they pass is even more stressful. Ed sat down with us and explained the entire process, answered what felt like one hundred questions, and did it with great patience. He kept us informed and helped us prep for the sale, and in less than a week we had a buyer. We can't thank Ed enough for his help and professionalism. This is what customer service is. Ed made my first buying experience hassle free. I had an idea of what I wanted and in a matter of less then two days Ed had multiple listings to view. We had some finance concerns as many units at the time were vancant & banks were hesitant to do the regular finance loan. I was ready to give up, but Ed wouldn’t let me quit and we got it done! Even though Ed was very busy, my wife and I always felt like we were his only client. He was completely engaged when he was with us. If he didn't pick up when we called he was very timely in getting back to us. We could tell that he really understood our needs as we were looking at houses. Ed has helped me buy and sell homes since 1999. Whenever I have considered a move, Ed is the first one I have called. He is friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond and takes a genuine interest in his clients. Ed knows the market and researches inventory so that his clients can easily sell their home for the maximum amount in shortest amount of time possible. The longest one of my homes has been on the market has been five days. His experience and ability to remain calm during a stressful time are the keys to his success. Recently, we sold our twin home and bought a single family home. The twin home sold in less than two days with multiple offers, over asking price! Our neighbors were so impressed with how quickly it sold, they decided to sell their twin home with Ed, also. My husband and I looked at several homes with Ed until we found our dream home. We absolutely love our new home!

Ed's extensive experience, negotiating skills, marketing abilities and network of people are second to none.  He helped walk us through our first listing experience in 2013 and not only were we able to get our asking price, but he had our home sold two days BEFORE it was set to officially hit the  market.  He also helped us locate our next home and negotiate a deal in our favor.

When it came time for our growing family to move again in 2016, there was no question who we were going to use.  Once again, Ed performed miracles on both the buy and sell side of the business.  On the buy side, he was able to negotiate a contingent offer on a house that we fell in love with while we prepped our existing house for sale.  On the sell side, his up-front marketing efforts ensured that we not only had multiple showings in the first two days but had multiple offers by the second day on the market, one of which we accepted and moved forward with.  If it weren't for his negotiating skills, marketing efforts, and promptness in everything he does we would not have been able to secure the purchase of the home we desired.

We started working with Ed on a recommendation from a friend when we needed to move quickly. Over the course of 2 weeks he was able to schedule more than 20 showings catering intuitively to different aspects of our requirements and we were able to find a house that fit our needs.

We then needed to sell the home we had rented out since the short notice move above and Ed and his team again completed the transaction in a timely fashion with good communication.

Ed respects his clients requirements, respects the houses he shows and has a great team backing him, which is why we used him for a third (and hopefully final) move.
