Since 1991 Ed has sold and leased hundreds of Apartments, Lofts, Townhouses and Buildings. Having lived or worked in Manhattan for most of his career, he's also an expert in the unique sales and marketing of Downtown A.I.R Lofts in Soho, Tribeca, Noho, and Nolita but he's just as experienced selling on the Upper East and West Sides of Manhattan.
Beginning in 2015, Edward and Team Member Elise Gold Flangos formed the Edward Hickey Team and were among the first Compass agents to sell homes in Westchester County, bridging the New York City - Westchester markets.
Edward Hickey has been hired as the Exclusive Broker for Condominium developments in Soho, Greenwich Village, the West Village, and now in Gramercy with the newly launched boutique condo development, "Gramercy Gates" located at 327 East 22nd Street and represented exclusively by the Edward Hickey Team.
Ed is a lifelong competitive and recreational Swimmer and supports SWIM ACROSS AMERICA by swimming in both Open Water and Pool fundraising events to help fund Cancer research.
