About Edward
Edward Kim began his real estate career 20 years ago with residential sales and rentals in Manhattan.
Edward mastered marketing, negotiation, and pricing working on the front lines of real estate development. With a background in the New York City market, Edward worked with New York-based Developers, such as The Albanese Organization, and Metropolitan Marketing Directors, gaining tremendous experience highlighting premiere New York City developments.
Edward utilizes his vast knowledge and experience to assist clients, not only with finding the home they love, but ensuring it is a sound investment in their best interest. Edward has keen insight into every aspect of a real estate transaction, including factoring in the resale value, which is often underappreciated and frequently overlooked in purchases.
Edward made the transition into the New Jersey real estate market in 2009 while working with New Jersey developers at City Place in Edgewater, NJ. He then established Vision Realty; successfully operating for nearly a decade, Vision Realty helps people find homes in various locations throughout the New Jersey marketplace,
In 2016, Edward was appointed Broker of Record for Keller Williams City Views in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Guided by his expertise, the team was able to hit their projected growth target of over three hundred agents. By 2018, Edward was appointed as the Manager Director of the KW Commercial market in Fort Lee, NJ. Under his leadership, the rapidly growing team made tremendous strides, with January 2019 being their best producing month to date.
Edward’s experience in both the New York and New Jersey real estate markets enabled him to help clients find their primary residence, investment property, and review available development options.
In 2021 Edward joined Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, intent on working to help grow their commercial division. Edward has a determined mindset and believes that by establishing targeted numbers for unit and sales volume it is only a matter of time before his team meets their goals.
