After a frustrating encounter with another local agent that I had for 6 months a friend recommended Ed Kirn to me when I was selling my home.
The first agent wanted to sell at a much lower price than the house was worth in order to make a quick buck. Ed, being so professional, made quick work of listing my home at a proper price. After two open houses that he ran, the house sold at the asking price. Ed was great and stayed with me through the closing making sure everything was done properly. I plan to buy a condo now and to be sure I look forward to working with Ed once again. I highly recommend Ed Kirn to anyone looking to sell or purchase property.

It was my lucky day when I found Eddie Kirn and had him represent me in selling my condo. Within 24 hours he had a buyer and surprisingly they paid my asking price! A couple of years later I wanted my own house again so I contacted Eddie and he went to work and we found exactly what I was looking for and he negotiated a price below the asking price.
Needless to say I would recommend Ed to anyone without hesitation. He, above all, is honest and is available when you contact him, unlike other agents I've heard of. He'll go to work for you to make sure you're transaction will go smoothly and he'll be next to you every step of the way.

Instead of trying to sell us what they represented, Ed listened and sold us what really met our needs and desires. Ed handled my difficult home sale very professionally. It was an unusual piece of property, but Ed successfully marketed and staged it to get the most positive responses from clients. He held open houses most weekends, and eventually found the right buyer. We had a rocky closing, but Ed pulled it off like a pro! He even helped me arrange needed repair work, as I lived out of town.
