Edward Kraemer

Ned is a native Washingtonian – born and raised on Capitol Hill. He grew up with real estate in his blood. Ned’s father owned Kraemer and Company, a Hill based real estate brokerage, which helped shaped Ned’s love of local architecture and design. He attended grade school at St. Peter’s Interparish School and high school at St. Anselm’s Abbey School. After studying at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, Ned’s love of his hometown brought him back to Capitol Hill where he managed a number of local restaurants.

He started his real estate career in 2010 and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to his buyer and seller clients. Ned prides himself on listening to his client’s real estate goals and providing a practical, even keeled action plan to achieve these goals. His knowledge of neighborhoods and local markets has proved invaluable to his clientele.

Ned owns a home in Kingman Park and enjoys spending his free time with his family, barbecuing with friends, walking his black lab, Otis, and playing golf. He is also an avid DC sports fan and a big supporter of the local music scene.
