Edward Salazar

Ed is originally from Key West, Florida and now lives in Gainesville, Florida. He has been both a REALTOR® and an Independent Videographer for over 25 years. In 1997, Ed acquired his Florida real estate license and then joined the National Association of REALTORS®. Shortly thereafter, Ed became a board member of the Key West Association of REALTORS® where he first served as Program Chair for two years then was elected President-Elect in 2003 and President for both 2004 and 2005. In 2006, he served as Immediate Past President and in 2008, 2012 and 2013 he was back on the Board as Technology and Education Chairs. In 2011, Ed joined Bascom Grooms Real Estate in Key West then in 2021, he moved to Gainesville and decided to continue selling real estate with Bascom Grooms Real Estate, so he joined the Gainesville Alachua County Association of REALTORS® as well as remaining members of the Key West Association of REALTORS®. For over 20 years, Ed has had the pleasure of helping residential and commercial buyers and sellers make their dreams come true. He is sold vacant land, homes, condos, townhomes, manufactured homes, apartment buildings, bed & breakfasts, vacation rental properties and much more. Ed treats all his customers the same with special attention paid to service, diligence, and professionalism. Regardless of whether the property is worth millions or less than $100,000, his job is to facilitate a real estate transaction fairly and successfully in the best interest of everyone.
