If you need a realtor, you need Ed Sertage. You will not find better than Ed.

Ed made buying and selling our home fun and easy. Prior to reaching out to Ed, we were overwhelmed by the unknowns that come with buying a home, but he explained how everything works, eased our mind, and found us the perfect house based on what we told him we were looking for. (We actually bought the first house he showed us, because he got it right the first time!)

He has a great team of trusted individuals that he offered to us to work with from getting pre-approved with Tony, plumbing with Andy, a great home inspector, and getting really nice professional photos which helped give our home an edge to sell in a tough market. Ed continued to go above and beyond, offering up all of his knowledge, experience, and even a bit of manual labor to help us with the few things our home inspection revealed.

Ed is a no-nonsense, “tell it like it is” kind of guy, who you want in your corner when you’re making one of the biggest decisions of your life such as buying a home. He will give you his honest opinions based on experience and logic, and also doesn’t play the games that many realtors do. We really appreciated that, as it seems hard to come by these days.

I’ve sent several close friends and family members to him, (one of which had been working with “the family friend realtor” who, for over a year who could not find a way to sell my friend’s home without the nightmare of foreclosure and short sales. Ed thought outside the box, and pulled from his experience and immediately helped them sell their home.) We’ve all had the same experience; fast, experienced, friendly service.

You need a new place to rest your head? You better call Ed! 🤣😎

I really enjoyed working with Ed to find a house to buy. He was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and walk me through the process. Ed was very responsive to my inquiries and was able to get back to me quickly. I would recommend Ed to anyone that was looking to purchase or sell a home. He made the process easy and was a joy to work with.

I had no idea what to expect buying my first house. I was paired with Ed while using my VA loan. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect but he went above and beyond to make my home buying experience amazing. He was VERY accommodating to my irregular work schedule and EXTREMELY helpful with the endless questions I had. I can say enough about Ed and we still keep in touch 1.5 yrs after I purchased my house. Thanks again Ed!
