Edward Wehnert

Ed Wehnert started his Real Estate career in 1983. He obtained his CCIM Designation in 1986. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. The designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. Ed has participated in the sale and settlement of over ,500+ properties. These sales have consisted of development sites for hotels, retail shopping centers, office buildings and residential sites for condominiums, townhomes and residential communities. Ed has helped guide the developers and builders through the approval process and handled the sales, resales and/or leasing of the newly constructed homes, home sites, hotels, retail stores, offices and condominiums.
