Ed loves real estate! Whether it is the opportunity to get a property ready for the market with Sellers or the fun of showing properties to Buyers. While Ed really enjoys the "people" part of his career, he also loves managing the details (it’s the former math major in him) and will keep track of everything that needs to be done so that your sale or purchase will be as trouble free as possible.

Ed is an Associate Broker at City Houses and has been with the company for about five years. While he can practice real estate on his own, he really enjoys the company and the people he works with. Also, Ed wants to continue to be associated with a company that is known for its high level of personal service. In addition to his Associate Broker's license, Ed has two professional designations: GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and CBR (Certified Buyer Representative). These designations all add up to an extensive knowledge of real estate principles and practice. What it will mean to you as his client is that working with him means fewer headaches along the way.
