Spanning more than 50 years in real estate, commercial building sales and the renovation of industrial buildings are Ed’s particular areas of expertise. From a sales perspective, Ed concentrates on industrial and investment properties, as well as vacant land. His clients include local corporations such as Merck and Allan Myers Inc., in addition to a broad array of businesspeople. Regardless of the size of the client, Ed finds it rewarding to help each achieve their goals.

Finding the redevelopment of industrial buildings into multi-tenant facilities the most enjoyable part of his business, Ed’s tenant list includes more than 12 companies, many of which have been his clients for more than 15 years. Ed particularly enjoys watching his customers’ businesses grow while building a strong personal relationship with their management. Examples of these projects include the Pembroke industrial Center in Bethlehem, the Perkasie Industrial Center in Perkasie and the Sheridan Industrial Center in Easton—a total of 170,000 square feet and a current vacancy rate of less than 2%.
