I met Edwina through Rotary as we both have a passion to be planted and serve our community where we live.

The lasting connection I made with her was based on her belief in God and confession of Faith in Jesus Christ! It fueled our joint belief that by HIM all things are possible!

I remember our fireside chat getting to know one another... she said if you ever need help, call me and I will be there.

When she came out to do the walk through she said “are you truly ready? ... this is going to happen fast!”

She made much preparation with videos, pictures, spreading the word through multiple channels. Within one week - she was true to her word and we Praised the Lord for a quick work!

It seemed to be the perfect deal but there were so many hurdles as she worked with her team nights and weekends on:
-> Non responsive Buyers Agent
-> Stayed on top of both sides of the deal
-> Relentless in her negotiation
-> Kept back up offers engaged throughout

Here is the bottomline:
Edwina overcame by staying in a persistent pursuit until we closed and the check was in our bank!
