I am a native New Orleanian, however, I have a vast knowledge of the Mississippi Gulf Coast after spending summers there since my childhood days. I have a very strong working knowledge of both the Southshore and the Northshore of the New Orleans area having grown up in both areas. My experience in the markets in Louisiana and Mississippi is vast and I am committed to help both areas grow. My career in real estate: Started in the banking business right out of high school and worked in the banking business throughout college. Graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans. Soon after graduating, I started a career in the mortgage business. I have worked on both the retail and wholesale sides of the mortgage industry. This provided me with lots of experience on mortgage programs and availability for clients. In addition, I have 10 years of appraisal experience. All of the lending and appraisal background I have acquired make me knowledgeable and experienced in many aspects of real estate profession and therefore better able to help both my clients and associates with all their real estate needs. I can provide buyers with information about credit, lending, inspections and the buying process in general. Sellers will certainly appreciate my appraisal background when developing a marketing plan and listing package to sell their property. My clients are of the utmost importance to me and are considered more like family and friends by the end of our first transaction together. Establishing a long term relationship is my goal and I have the ability to create just that with the team of support that is behind me, from title companies to inspectors to lenders. I still get excited when I meet new clients or help previous ones find a new home. I consider real estate and Revolution Realty a part of who I am, not what I do.
