Efrain helped us find the perfect home for our growing family in October 2021. We were on a time crunch to find a home after finding out we were expecting a second little one on the way. Efrain found the perfect home that fit all our needs and wants. We thought was above our price range but after some negotiating on his part, he helped us lock in on the deal that we could afford! We definitely wouldn’t be in our first home without Efrain’s help and are forever thankful to him, Marisol and Western Pioneer. From day one our agent Efrain Terrones - sounds funny even saying ''our agent" because over the course of only a short amount of time he became "our friend." Efrain Terrones, just happened to show me a house, luck of the draw I guess. He ended up showing me several until I found the one I wanted . It checked all my boxes. I didnt pay more than I needed to and he was by my side the entire way. If I hit a brick wall, he was there to knock it down. I will most likely live in this house the rest of my life, I am 71 years old. But, you just never know. One thing for sure is that I would call Efrain if I was ever thinking of moving, He always had my best interest first and foremost. Thank you Efrain for everything! Friends forever.

My wife and I worked with Robert to sell our house and what a great experience it turned out to be! We have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and have dealt with a handful of agents, but it was apparent from the start that Robert is very passionate about what he does and he truly cares about the outcome and knows his trade very well. In less than a week of being on the market he not only sold our home but sold it for full price in a not so easy market. The strange and somewhat funny part is our neighbors house which happened to be the same model sat on the market, even though they dropped their price lower than ours. This showed us that a great agent really does matter. Robert was fantastic to work with!

I have worked with Robert several times over the last decade. I am both a real estate investor and home owner. He has assisted me on a total of 6 real estate deals. Previously, he sold a rental property I had. He was successful in getting me twice what I paid for the property- which was flat out amazing. Then he helped me purchase a rental property which I still currently own. He also helped my wife and myself purchase our dream home, which we love. This involved a very lengthy short sale. Over the course of many months I pestered Robert and, he, graciously returned all and I mean all my phone calls. I know I can be a high maintenance client, so if Robert can meet my demanding needs then, I assure, you he can please almost anybody. Since then, I've done several other real estate transactions with Robert. I can also add that I recommended him to a friend of mine and his wife and Robert was able to get them a great family home at a terrific price. I also recommended him to another friend of mine and, he like me, has used Robert now to purchase not just his family home, but several rental houses as well. I can't say enough about his work ethic and ability as a real estate salesman. I can say that I am a truly satisfied client and will definitely use him as our realtor in the future and will continue to recommend him to everybody I know.
