Sophie is very knowledgeable who cares for you. She rented out my condo in a very short period of time and was very helpful in managing it. I was searching for houses in DC for months before I reached out to one of their agents, Sophie. They were able to find us an affordable place in under a week! Through out the whole process, Sophie was responsive, attentive, and efficient. They were happy to accommodate my schedule to show me houses and responded to my phone calls/texts almost immediately. Sophie was also extremely helpful even after we signed the lease and made sure we settled into the house well. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better agent!

Ehad is a superstar agent. We were lucky enough to have found Ehad by pure chance. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and had field experience. Did I mention that he has field experience. Ehad is simply the best "top-notch" person who would you want on your team.

We were purchasing a home right before the pandemic started. I have purchased and sold properties before and now I wonder if I have lost ten of thousands of $$$ because I did not know Ehad sooner. The following is my very real experience with this true professional in early 2020.

We were ready to buy, Ehad patiently showed us properties that we were actually looking for.. not just some random houses scattered overall. He even pointed out a few house that were going to be "potentially listed soon" as he has a deep network of other agent he works with. Within a month, we were able to hone in on the property we really liked.

This was a rather large home, one we thought was nearly out of reach but don't forget we had EHAD on our side. Ehad guided us on how to put together our offer while making tiny changes to our offer, that would make our contract more attractive/acceptable to the seller. He then worked diligently with all aspects of home purchase: inspection, touring, negotiating, minor repairs/dents touchups, etc... even negotiating better price than we though was possible.

During the home stretch, when we were actually ready to escalate our offer by $35k (just to push the seller over the edge) EHAD actually STOPPED us!!! Yes... GO FIGURE!... due to his acumen and hawk-like instincts, Ehad actually told us "not to blink" - as he said that he heard something in the tone of the listing agent that made him believe the seller is motivated and ready to close regardless"... and HE WAS RIGHT!!! I mean Ehad could have easily told us to ante up extra $$ and walked away with a sweeter deal for himself.. but he chose to put our interest first. This the is kind of person you want to go to bat for you - DOSEN'T MATTER if you are buying or selling.

Wonderful down to earth agent who never hesitated. He even had architects, engineers & contractors in his network to help you determine the true-value in case questions arose -- actually discouraged us from buying something that we really liked at first, but Ehad pointed out the "covered up flaws".

Do yourself a favor, if you are serious about real-estate, ditch that part-timer who is just "showing you around"; or that friend (of a friend) who will get you 1/2% off his commission and work with someone who would save you real money. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish. This is my very real story and I tell all friend and family in the area to work with a true professional, it really does make a difference.

We had an excellent experience buying a single family home in a very hot market. Ehad was always responsive and on time; and he was able to get appointments on very short turnarounds. He managed the process so well, every weekend, we saw all the homes we wanted to see for that week. He is knowledgeable and offers his wisdom/insights, but is not pushy, and wants his clients to end up with a home they love. When it comes to contract negotiations, he is very detail oriented, and on top of the process. He was able to schedule a pre offer home inspection for us within 12 hrs, so we could submit a timely offer. Highly recommend him as a buying agent!

Even in the current real estate market conditions, Ehad has managed to make the process smooth and stress-free for us. Ehad is one of the most efficient, best prepared, most knowledgeable, friendly, and all around excellent-to-work-with realtors I could imagine.
