I would not do business with anyone else! Eileen is the epitome and definition of professionalism! She is intelligent, knowledgeable, protects you and walks you through every single thing if you need it. Lovely inside and out! She will spend hours on disclosures with you if necessary. Her goal is to make sure things are done exactly right and protect you over anything else. She is the hardest working person I know, and always does it with a smile! I told her if she ever retires she needs to keep her license up because I don’t want to work with anyone else ever!!

Elisa and Eileen worked as partners to help us sell our San Jose home. They were extremely knowledgeable about the community and the market. They were incredibly responsive and had a solution for us to any issues we needed to address. They had a variety of contacts and referrals and were able to assist in literally every detail - painting, repairs, staging, packing, storing etc. They provided a comprehensive service that addressed all of our needs. They gave us expert guidance and sure enough everything panned out as they suggested that is might! We sold our house within a week of being on the market and just one weekend of open houses ! Our family including three children are still living in the house until we move in the summer so it was really wonderful to have one localized contact to turn to and to minimize disruption to our day to day lives as much as possible. This was a really good experience for us.

It was so meaningful to us that Eileen was always so responsive, flexible, knowledgeable, and, above all else, got to know us personally! It matters so much to work with someone who you get along with well, and Eileen was exactly that, while also always going above and beyond.

Thanks to Eileen, we always felt equipped to make the best decisions for ourselves without ever feeling pressured to go beyond our comfort levels, and she always supported and soundboarded all of our decisions, while also guiding us with her years of expertise.

In addition, not only was she great with us, but her relationship management with others was terrific as well. This is so important, since the home buying process doesn’t just exist in a vacuum between you and your agent, but also with your mortgage brokers, lenders, and the sellers’ agents as well! They are an amazing set of realtors who are incredibly thoughtful, detail oriented, responsive, creative, well connected and had our best interests in their heart through the transaction. As new home buyers, we found them incredibly trust worthy and just taught us a ton about buying a house. They went over and beyond so many times during the home buying process. Eileen knew the contractors who did the work on the house before the sellers bought the house and was able to get us everything we wanted to know about the house. Eileen is an amazing communicator, easy to get hold of, and quick on her resolution of issues. She's experienced, professional in every way, confident and proactive. As a bonus she has a great sense of humor!

We worked with Eileen to make a move from Saratoga to Morgan Hill. We found our dream home just 2 days before the March 17 Covid lockdown. We crunched numbers and bit our nails as she navigated us through the uncertain time of early lockdown. We made a contingency offer, she helped us prepare for the restrictive showings of our home and in 5 days we were on the market. Whew! We only bit our nails for 12 days before she had our home under contract.

I can't speak highly enough about her skill as an agent. We were lacking nothing throughout the entire process. I never had a moment of anxiety that she would drop the ball and I can't imagine a better experience.
