Eileen Nalda was not only a top of the line Real Estate Professional in every aspect of the word, but additionally, because we were from out of state, she was tasked with answering all my questions concerning the differences in Arizona Real Estate and my home state. She not only helped with every aspect of the sale but was sweet enough to take pictures as the home progressed, interface with builders and their representatives to insure no detail was overlooked. She pointed out defects in need of repair at the time of walk through and then insured they were corrected later. It was a tough job for the agent to find the exact home we were looking for. She understood our needs and did not send us to look at homes just to show us homes. She was very thoughtful and helped with every detail of the purchase. For the people she recommended for various inspections she found the best inspectors possible who looked at every detail that might be a problem. Some real estate agents might shy away from these type of inspectors as their reports might scare the buyer away. When it came to negotiation, she was the best. We bought the house and its high end furniture for perhaps $100,000 less than comparable houses in the area. I have bought and sold quite a few houses in the past, Eileen was by far the best agent I have ever had. B P

Eileen is a consummate professional. She listened carefully to discern our requirements and desires and showed us only those properties that met our goals. She was very professional, even as we pulled out of our first contract after the home inspection. It became clear at that point that she truely had her clients best interest at heart. We eventually choose and purchased a bank owned property and Eileen was instrumental in researching and providing copies of the previous permits that were available from the county. She also managed to obtain a current home inspection from a previously interested bidder on this property, thus saving us from this particular expense. In all cases she responded to our questions, issues and concern in a matter of hours with useful and relevant information or advice. She is a credit to her profession and we highly recommend her! I requested information on a property in Prescott, Az on your site, and was contacted with the rquested property info within hours from Coldwell Banker agent Eileen Nalda. The initial property did not fit my needs, but Eileen provided me with listings, and showed the properties that looked promising Eileen submitted an offer for a property October 14, 2011, with a request to close on the 14th of November 2011. Eileen negotiated with the seller to our satisfaction, set-up the inspection, worked with the seller to get the requested work done for the re-inspection. Eileen scheduled and attended the re-inspection, presented the necessary property work to the title company and our renters moved into our new property on the day of closing. How great was that! We live in Tucson, so Eileen had to work with a Coldwell Banker office in Tucson, even with this slight handicap, I couldn't have received more efficient, courteous, friendly service. Regards Judith
