A job opportunity knocked for Eileen in 2006 to leave the shore of Lake Ontario in Western New York and its long winters to come to Phoenix. With a background in medicine as a Practice Manager in a Cardiology practice for 18 years she enjoyed working with patients and their families but wanted to challenge herself with a new career path that allowed her the opportunity to provide quality service, attention to detail, and to build relationships and real estate became her next passion.

Embracing the desert lifestyle and wanting to specialize, she immersed herself in the Active Adult, 55+ communities, and the retirement options that exist in the West and Northwest Valley. The Surprise/Sun City/Buckeye areas have 9 Active Adult communities, as well as four additional Active Adult communities just to the South in Verrado, Pebble Creek, Canta Mia, and now Sterling Grove with so many amenities to choose from in these adult communities!

When working with clients from all over the United States and Canada who are ready to find that retirement home, either full-time or part-time, Eileen understands that it is a process with many decisions and client's lifestyle options to consider. During the process of finding that home a professional approach with personal attention to detail and communication are essential from contract to closing.
