Eileen Smith

Eileen started her career in Real Estate in the Dallas, Texas area in 1988. In 1990, Eileen's family was transferred to Northern Virginia due to husband's employer, Exxon Mobil, relocating the Dallas accounting offices to Fairfax. Eileen transferred her real estate license to Virginia and began working in the Fair Oaks area in 1991.

Her family moved into the Sully Station area of Centreville, where her family currently lives. She worked with Coldwell Banker as a USSA designated agent, then later transferred to Prudential Carruthers and worked as a Relocation Specialist. Eileen’s company was later purchased by PenFed Realty and 3 years ago became part of the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services franchise. Eileen recently earned her Senior Real Estate Specialists designation.
