Born and raised in Queens, Eithan had no choice but to fall in love with New York City’s incredible skyline and infrastructure.
Eithan attended Baruch College Zicklin School of Business where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration. Throughout his college career, he was involved with the hospitality industry where his network and professional relationships began to brew. After graduating, he began working with a real estate development group focusing on mixed-use / residential properties all over the five boroughs. Being involved with acquisitions, Eithan gained major insight into the developer side of the real estate industry. Something
he still uses in his current role at Real NY.
Eithan prides himself on the value that he adds for those looking for properties in New York City which stems from his lifelong local experience and extensive research in each neighborhood and market.
