We have bought and sold several homes as we move a lot due to my husband's job and Elaine is, by far, the best agent we have worked with. We did just what she suggested to prepare our home and it sold on the first day it was listed for over asking. Her combination of experience and excellent communication made all the difference. Elaine was very efficient and easy to work with our house sale. Gave us great advice and was always available to answer any questions we had. If in need of a realtor again, I would definitely use Elaine and Berkshire Hathaway again.
