Elaine Ehrenkranz

Elaine Ehrenkranz is part of a successful real estate dynasty. Her mother, Claire Ehrenkranz was a realtor for 30 years, inspiring Elaine by telling her "real estate is in your blood." Elaine was raised in Maplewood and now lives in West Orange with her husband, Jerry Kaplan. When her children started school, Elaine became very involved with school activities and the community. She is a forceful member of "The Advocates for School and Community" an organization to improve and promote the public schools in West Orange. She is also a long-time member of the West Orange Public Relations Commission.

She has achieved the NJCAR Circle of Excellence Award consistently since being licensed in 1991. In 2005 she was the #1 selling Realtor out of the 125 agents she worked with. Elaine's formula for success has always been to carefully listen to her client’s needs, in buying or selling a home, as well as, in all aspects of community life.

In her spare time, Elaine enjoys yoga, travel, reading and entertaining. She is known for her wonderful cooking and effortless hospitality.

Elaine is celebrating her 28th Anniversary as a Realtor. She owes her success to listening to her client’s needs and always putting them first. Elaine grew up in Maplewood, attended Rutgers University and has lived in West Orange for 27 years. She is very active in the community and believes in giving back as much as she can.
