Elaine Montgomery is the realtor for you! She was recommended by my brothers whom she helped both of them find their first homes in the past couple years. From first contact, Elaine jumps right in an gets to work-she made our first time home buying experience absolutely wonderful! We went in to the process knowing nothing and she helped us every step of the way going above and beyond what was expected! She even showed us houses days after having a knee surgery-that’s dedication! She has a warm, bubbly personality and I immediately felt we were in the best of hands and we trusted her completely upon meeting her. It is very evident she has a wealth of knowledge in this business and truly cares about helping you find everything you’re looking for! She also recommended a lender who we went with (Clifford Ives at Gershman mortgage) and he was absolutely wonderful! Elaine worked so very hard for us and kept our spirits up when a few of our offers were outbid. We’re so excited about our new home and I am so happy to have found Elaine and she became not only our realtor-but a friend we’d love to know for life!

We have worked with Elaine a total of four times now, twice to buy a home and twice to sell. Every time Elaine was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. It has gone surprisingly smoothly for every buy and sell, even when we have purchased a foreclosure home and closed by mail. I know she has made recommendations that have saved us money when selling our houses, and also helped advise us when putting in an offer to buy in a competitive market. I'm sure we will need to buy or sell again in the future, and we will definitely work with Elaine again!
