Hi. My name is Luis Hernandez zea., And I just had the pleasure of working with Elbert in purchasing my new house
My experience with Elbert was very smooth and professional he was very patient and eager to help me find my dream home he took me on house tours a few times. I was even already in contract to buy a house and he advised me to do thorough inspections on the house even though the house looked impeccable., we did and I'm glad we did the house had numerous deficiencies that ultimately would've cost me a lot of extra money.. we ended up pulling out of that deal.. the following weekend he was ready to go back and look at more houses with great enthusiasm and great attitude
When we finally did find a house he was very professional and to the point he told me exactly what we needed to do to make our offer stand out from the rest and get our offer accepted..
Once the offer was accepted once again he was very professional and took care of everything explaining to me all the documents that I needed to sign he was always available whenever I had a question about anything. The seller needed to close fast and he went the extra mile to see it happen working and communicating with the loan agents making sure that we stay on schedule to meet the sellers demands. He even drove for 2 hours because the inspector found that the heater was not secured properly and that was going to delay the process he took care of business and saw the whole process through. Now I'm writing this review from my new comfortable home that he made happened
I was very pleased with Mr. Papa and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family. If you're looking for a new house Elber Papa will help you and make it happen for you and your family with no stress at all.. keep up the good work Elbert. Thank you for everything

Elbert has made the entire process so smooth! It literally felt like he was family!
I remember sending him the listing and telling him that we want this house.. he did tell us that this house is ours and that we need to trust him and he got the rest… we were willing to put the ask price as offer but he had his research done and had us put lower than ask… we got a counter offer and viola!

I don’t recall once when we had to reach him out … he was on top of everything and would call and text on regular basis everyday to know where we stand! I am so glad we chose Elbert as our realtor! Anytime in future we plan on purchasing more properties, we are definitely going with him! Thank you Elbert for making this very major life event float so smoothly and pleasantly! And oh our kids are totally mad about you too! Haha

Elbert Papa is an extremely dedicated agent and went above and beyond to find me my first home. When I say dedicated I mean dedicated! We must have seen a hundred homes, and he was always willing and able to see the home at the date and time that was best for me. Not only did he find me my first home but he was also able to sell my parents home in no time. Elbert kept continuous communication with us throughout the entire process and thoroughly answered any questions we had every step of the way.
