Eleanor was not only professional throughout the entire process, but went above and beyond for me while selling my San Diego property; the very property she helped me purchase about 10 years ago. Selling a home is always stressful, but doing it from across the country was something I thought might be very difficult. Eleanor made the process easy and I felt confident that I was in the right hands the entire time. 10/10 recommend for all of your realty needs, cannot thank her enough.

I chose Eleanor as my Realtor, as I had a very complex home/land sale and she took the time to conduct detailed research as to what the home and property value could possibly be valued at and got a detailed Comp Listing to better determine what I could expect for an asking price. Not something a normal agent would provide, or have the knowledge on how to conduct.
Eleanor also has a vast network of Agents and Supporting Staff( i.e. Home Appraisal, Escrow, Title Search) that eliminated any delays in placing the property on the market. She was able to get my property into Escrow within 6 weeks of placing on the MLS and Closing was a breeze.
Her professionalism throughout the sale was unprecedented, she was always in contact with me as to where we were in the process, and always maintained my interest as a client first. I would highly recommend Eleanor as your realtor of choice if you are contemplating selling your property. Her honesty and integrity are hands above her competing agents.

Eleanor O’Deane was such a pleasure to have as a realtor. She listened tentatively to what we wanted in a home and worked diligently to find the perfect place in a wonderful location.
