Ms. Robinson is a hands on real estate professional. She assisted my 80 year old mother and step-father in the purchase of a home in a very nice senior community. After 7 years after the death of my step-father, Mrs. Robinson researched the removal of his name from the deed, and found out that the address on the deed on the property was incorrect. I purchased a home in 2017. Eleanor is an excellent realtor who is very knowledgeable of real estate. She was very helpful with making sure I was aware of all the financial program available to me. She was very patient with me when we viewed houses, I know we probably looked at close to 100 houses...lol. I have also recommended Eleanor to friends who have purchased homes. So, if you're looking to purchase a home Eleanor will definitely make your dream a reality just as she did for me.

Eleanor Williams was my Real estate agent. In 2013 Mrs. Williams was very instrumental in selling our home, and finding a beautiful area for me to Build my new retirement home in Upper Marlboro, MD.
Mrs. Eleanor Williams treat you like family instead of just trying to find you a place just to say that she made a sale. Elinor checks the area also introduce you to your new neighbor. It was a wonderful experience in selling and purchasing my new home.

I purchased my home in Maryland several years ago. Eleanor was my contact person. Since this was a new construction home, she was able to walk me thru the entire home purchase process from beginning to end. I felt very fortunate to have her in my corner. She made sure that all details of the purchase process ran smoothly. Even after the closing, Eleanor always made herself available if I had any questions or concerns regarding any issues pertaining to my new home. Our loss of her in Maryland is certainly a gain for any new clients in South Carolina. You will not be disappointed in her hard work or dedication that she would provide on your behalf.

Mrs. Williams did a great job as my realtor. She was present from the first day the process began and even on occasions when its wasn't required of her to be present she was there to give advise and guide the process. She sat in on all meetings with the developers and asked question I wouldn't have asked. She has a great mind and eye for details and is extremely reliable.

She has my 100% confidence and I would recommend her highly as a realtor.

I recently bought a house and Ms Eleanor Williams was my realtor. She is a energetic and warm person who is very passionate about her work. Ms Eleanor was an excellent advocate for me who took the time to listen attentively to what I would like to have in my house and worked very hard to ensure that I got all the things I had on my checklist. When it comes to negotiating something for her customer where it would cost me very little or nothing or even trading out something that’s itemized to save me money I must say I had to give her a thumbs up 🤙for that. She acted as my eyes and ears which put me at ease. She is very prompt with task. Reliable, punctual at all times and she was with me from start to finish. Ms. Eleanor made a tedious process seems very easy and a long journey seems very short. She is the best realtor I could ever asked for and I wouldn’t trade her for anyone else. If I should ever purchase a home again I would choose Ms. Eleanor again to be my realtor. Ms Eleanor Williams, you are the best! Thanks for taking me on as your Client. Mrs. Williams is a total professional-once she is on the job, she is committed to it until it is completed.. She is very pleasant and easy to work with-a gentle smile and a kind answer was often a welcome feature of her personality. Experienced and knowledgeable- I often had questions about the sale of my property and every time she would have the answers.
She recently sold a house for me. I had issues with the tenant holding over, but with her advice and expertees the tenant finally vacated and the property was sold in no time

Eleanor Williams was my Realtor when I purchased my current home in Maryland in 2003. I am a very picky person but she was so patient with me. She also taught me more about home buying than I learned taking the required home buying seminar. I have had bad experiences with Realtors who 1) took advantage of my lack of home buying knowledge and experience, 2) were dishonest i.e., padding the closing costs), 3) used unethical practices and ignored buyer/seller conflicts of interest. Eleanor Williams is a very honest and trustworthy person who always has her buyers and sellers best interest at heart. Since I purchased my home I continue to refer Ms. Williams to my friends and family seeking to purchase a home. She has a welcoming personality and friendly. She is just so knowledgeable about the real estate business as a whole and she happily pass on any information she believe her buyers or sellers can benefit.
