For the past 11 years, I have been working as a Real Estate Broker. My specialties include commercial and residential real estate, shopping centers, strip center, warehouses, multifamily units, office buildings, and hotels and motels. My success stems from my dedication to client satisfaction. For each client, I develop a pragmatic and effective investment analysis worksheet that allows them to strike a deal with confidence.
I currently own and operate a real estate brokerage firm, Aquaviva Realty. The firm's clientele primarily includes national and international investors. A large part of these investors are businessmen from Latin America looking to invest in South Florida.
Additionally, my firm works together with Disaal Construction, a general contracting firm. Together, we handle all of our clients' needs including purchasing, selling, property maintenance, remodeling, demolition and building permits and certificates.
