In her previous roles, she served as CEO and Principal Broker of Park River Properties, director of residential sales & leasing of GAIA Real Estate in New York, CEO of GAIA Property Management, and broker on the top-producing team at Douglas Elliman. Her responsibilities have ranged from originating and closing complex deals, overseeing sales and management of over 300 individual condo units, developing creative marketing concepts, managing agents, to working closely with developers.
As an investor herself, Elena prides herself on her market knowledge and specializes in condo and co-op resales, new developments, investment properties, townhouses, and multi-family properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
