She is super knowledgeable, very enthusiastic and provides excellent customer service. I definitely recommend her to help you buy or sell your home.

If you want a realtor that goes above and beyond, Liz is your gal! We are a military family that PCSed to Beale AFB in the summer of 2021. Yeah, absolute nightmare time to be a buyer, especially when you are on the other side of the country. Before we even got there, Liz toured all of our favorite houses for us virtually, dropping everything at a moment’s notice when a new property hit the market. I was skeptical about making an offer but Liz had so much experience and knew the area so well. The house turned out to be perfect for us and we LOVED the area. She helped us out again when we had to PCS again the summer of 2022. Liz did everything in her power to sell our house, including moving all our stuff into the garage with her colleagues to help us stage it. I never thought our house could look so amazing! But, alas, our timing was once again horrible. Although we weren’t able to sell our house, we know it wasn’t for lack of trying. Even after we decided to rent it out, she took care of our yard and pool while we were once again on the other side of the country before the tenants moved in. She really goes above and beyond more than any other realtor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

Liz approached me online after I had sent a question about another property. I had just started looking for a home, and had actually been referred to another realtor by a friend. Well Liz just jumped right in (in a good way!) and offered to help me out! Her energy was apparent through the tone of her emails, and I liked her right away. The other realtor never materialized, so I told Liz "she was it!". And with that, she always had properties selected for me to take a look at, let me go through my own process and realization that perhaps the first two homes I liked, didn't necessarily like my finances (haha). She was always such a trooper! As I've already told her, I know I was not her only client but she always treated me like I was! I never felt like I was a bother, or that I was inconveniencing her at all. She was always so easy to work with, and when she called me to say she thought i should take a look at "this" home (we were looking at a time when homes were flying off the market and I had almost given up hope), which was the home I ultimately purchased, she hit the nail on the head. I realize not every home checks off every box, but in the short time we worked together, Liz had me figured out. The home checked all but two boxes on my list, and they were two boxes I could manage without. I literally said, “ if you can make this happen, let’s do it!” The loan opened on January 3rd, and closed January 20th. I cannot tell you enough just how much I appreciated all that Liz did for me! I would highly recommend her to everyone! I have no doubt you’ll be just as pleased as I was! And I plan to do just that every opportunity I have. I have to say that I had another realtor when I purchased my first home, and that experience was NOTHING like the experience with Liz was. I am overjoyed and thoroughly pleased! Thank you, Liz!

After reading the experiences from other reviewers who have worked with Liz, I must say they were spot on. It was an amazing experience. I'm not sure what else can be added. I could tell she was someone special after our first meeting. She is energetic, honest, has a very positive attitude, is an extremely hard worker, resourceful, and a great listener always very responsive to our conversations. We were working within a relatively short time span to find a house that would meet our needs so I was pretty demanding of her time practically on a daily basis. Her personal vast knowledge of the areas are impressive and helped us save time by zeroing in on locations and homes that fit our criteria. Liz also helped educate us to other cost issues in some areas that we were not aware of. Her expert guidance was key to our successful home purchase. I just can't say enough good things about our experience working with her. During and after sale, Liz was always looking out for our needs, going well above and beyond what you would expect from your typical realtor. For instance, after the purchase she quickly set up meetings with contractors for some major landscape work we want done, and she's committed herself to helping us with a few interior decorating items once we move in. Who does that! She felt (and continues to feel) more like a long time friend and partner in our search for our home in this challenging market. I will never use another realtor again.

I’m a first time homebuyer with LOTS of questions. Liz was attentive, responsive, flexible, and proactive. She took me on tours of many homes. Her knowledge of the area around Roseville helped us narrow down where we want to live. She was very professional in every manner. I will recommend Liz to everyone I know.
