A native New Yorker, Elise Ehrlich’s passion and purpose is to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Her prior success as Chief Marketing Officer at Media Solutions Services, a $200 million dollar Marketing & Media company was the perfect segue into the residential real estate brokerage industry. Using her vast marketing and advertising experience, Elise quickly became an award-winning agent having been honored by The Real Estate Board of New York in her first year as the “Most Promising Salesperson of the year in 2011.” This is evidenced as Elise consistently ranks in the top 5% of sales company-wide having completed over 250 transactions by utilizing exceptional marketing acumen, tireless work ethic, extensive knowledge and understanding of coop and condo financials as well as her extraordinary negotiation talents, sensitivity to her clients’ needs and goal driven approach.

Elise’s marketing, promotional skills, and pricing strategies assure sellers she will sell their property in the most expedient time while achieving the best price possible from qualified purchasers. She loves meeting buyers, educating them about the home buying process and market, while making their home buying experience fun and easy. She is well known for extensive knowledge of the often-challenging coop and condo buying process enabling her to close complicated deals others shy away from.

Not only is Elise an expert marketer and businesswoman, she also has a degree in Art History and a fabulous sense of design enabling her to consult her clients on staging and thoughtful suggestions to present your home in its best light. She received an MBA in marketing at Fordham University.

On a more personal note, Elise is warm, energetic, and creative and has a vast knowledge of what to do in New York City. She is the quintessential New Yorker who enjoys restaurants, museums, theater, music, movies, and shopping. Elise resides in a Manhattan co-op with her Maltese dog and Exotic Short Hair cat.
