Elise Ronzetti

Elise Ronzetti has worked in both the residential and commercial real estate fields throughout her professional career. She started her career at a major financial institution where she served as a Vice President in the Public Finance Group and was responsible for structuring tax-exempt multi-family housing bond issues to provide affordable rental housing nationwide. Elise then worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in the Real Estate Investment Group. At MetLife she worked both as a Mortgage Portfolio Manager and as an Asset Manager for commercial properties in MetLife’s Northeastern real estate portfolio. Elise also served as a Real Estate Consultant to a national real estate investment company. With an extensive background in real estate finance, Elise knows the importance of quality service, professionalism, and integrity. Communication with her clients and listening to her clients’ needs is one of her greatest attributes.

Elise resides with her family in Garden City and is an active member of her community. She has served as a PTA Chairperson for the Garden City PTA and also as Vice-President for the Garden City SEPTA. Elise is a member of the Board of Regents of Winthrop University Hospital as well as serving as a member of the Buildings and Grounds Committee. Elise is a graduate of Stanford University and holds a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University.

Elise's real estate experience has made her a well-informed, knowledgeable real estate agent in today’s marketplace. She has assisted both first time homebuyers, and sellers who are looking to trade-up or downsize through the necessary steps to ensure a seamless transaction. Elise is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, as well as the Long Island Board of Realtors. Elise holds a designation as a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and is a Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified (CIREC) agent.
