Putting people before properties—because every move matters.
Elisha Eubanks has been involved in real estate for nearly two decades, bringing hands on investing experience, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to helping people navigate important life decisions. Before returning to real estate full time, Elisha built a career in social work and corporate systems management, holding leadership roles at companies such as T-Mobile and Amazon.
Her background in both people centered work and complex systems allows her to guide clients through contracts, negotiations, and timelines with clarity and calm. As a real estate investor herself, she understands both the emotional and financial sides of every transaction. She is detail oriented, organized, and steady under pressure.
Outside of work, Elisha is a proud mom to two young adults and a dedicated animal advocate. She volunteers weekly at The Cat's Meow Thrift Store and helped organize Trap Neuter Return efforts supporting more than 30 community cats. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors.
Elisha proudly works with clients from all backgrounds and is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive experience. She proudly supports and welcomes LGBTQ+ clients and strives to ensure every client feels respected, supported, and comfortable throughout their real estate journey. Whether working with first time buyers, experienced sellers, or fellow investors, Elisha approaches every transaction with honesty, patience, and care. Having been on both sides of the table many times herself, she treats every deal as if it were her own.
