Elisha Martin

Elisha is highly skilled in all aspects of brokerage, including development, sales, tenant and landlord representation, site selection, tenant introduction to new markets, asset management and leasing. She has negotiated leases with such diverse tenants as Panda Express, ERM, University Alaska, State of Alaska, GSA, Tesoro and Safeway. As well as in properties throughout Alaska and Washington for clients such as Albertsons/Safeway, CFT/Panda Development, Seritage, Dimond Center Holdings and the State of Alaska. Unique to the Alaska market, she specializes in the retail, office and industrial markets. Elisha holds a broker's license in the State of Alaska and Washington.
