Elizabeth was hands down the hardest working realtor I’ve ever worked with! I’ve been a general contractor and building homes, shopping centers, multi-family apartments, restaurants, and beach homes for 30 years and never worked with realtor that made my closings go so smooth. Most times she was actually handling things I should’ve been handling. I strongly recommend her if you are looking for a home or any residential or commercial investment properties. I’ll definitely be using her for all my transactions!! GREAT JOB!!

I was living out of state while trying to sell my house in SC. Elizabeth was a great in helping me with a long distance sale, w/o her help it would have been a long process, but she made the sale much easier. In working with other agents over the years, and in many purchases and sales of homes, I can honestly say that this is a unusual and very valuable attribute in the fast and furious nature of real estate transactions and in the success of a contract offer through the settlement process. Elizabeth Hardee was exponentially helpful throughout the entire home buying experience for me. Especially during these trying times with COVID, there was not much to choose from but Elizabeth was able to use her network to find me a home that I would not have been able to find otherwise. Elizabeth also has a good feel for what her clients like. We began looking at older homes and she was able to quickly realize a newer home would make me a happier buyer. We immediately began touring new construction homes and were able to put an offer in the day of the tour! I could not be happier in my new home and I would recommend anyone to use Elizabeth as their agent on the buying or selling side.

Elizabeth is the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. She worked very hard to sell our house. She didn’t just pretend to care about my wife's and I situation, she really did care. She understood what we needed and worked her tail end off to make it happen. Always hustling to advertise our house no matter the situation. Our house didn’t bring her high commissions but she worked for us like she was going to make millions from the sale of our house.
