Elizabeth Breen is a full-time sales agent specializing in the Santa Ynez Valley. A 33 year resident of the Valley, Elizabeth and husband Thomas raised their two children in Solvang and now are blessed to have their grandson and family in the Valley.
Elizabeth’s real estate experience includes 7+ years as the Association Executive of the Santa Ynez Valley Association of REALTORS and Manager of the local Multiple Listing Service. She traveled throughout California and the United States hearing from industry professionals on all things real estate including real estate economics and trends, legal matters and breaking industry changes making her the perfect choice to help clients navigate the recent changes in the profession of real estate.
Her career history includes work in school finance, construction management and non profit management. She served for three years on the City of Solvang General Plan Advisory Committee.
She owns and manages two investment properties, one a long term rental and one a beach vacation rental making her a great choice for clients considering a first time real estate investment property.
