Beth grew up in Spencer MA, graduating from David Prouty High School in 1995 and graduated from Worcester State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2001. She entered the workforce at a young age and worked full-time while putting herself through college. Immediately upon obtaining her degree, Beth accepted a position in the accounting department of a mechanical contracting company in Auburn MA, where she initially had started as an intern and moved up into the Accounting Department Manager position. In 2006, Beth obtained her Massachusetts Real Estate License and worked as a “dual career” real estate agent for a year, but growing her professional career in the corporate world took priority at the time.
Beth had a passion for training and nutrition and in 2013, she turned her passion into a side hustle, working as a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant in her free time. In 2017, Her training and nutrition business had grown substantially so Beth decided it was a good time to leave her corporate position to pursue her goals to get back into real estate and grow the existing training and nutrition business. In December 2020, Beth permanently closed the training and nutrition business after an extended period of shutdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was ultimately a blessing in disguise because allowing her to commit all of her occupational time, effort, and focus solely on helping clients with their home-buying and/or home-selling goals resulted in proudly serving (more than) double the amount of Real Estate clients she was able to help buy and/or sell homes in 2021.
With 17 years of corporate contract negotiation and accounting department managerial experience and 7 years of experience training clients with lifestyle changes and mprovements, Beth continues to expertly leverage many of those professional and interpersonal skills today while serving her real estate clients.
Beth takes pride in her work, which stands out in her track record of educating clients about the home selling/buying process, successfully negotiating offers in the best interest of her clients, closely monitoring, and managing important deadlines, and coordinating all the various components/moving pieces and communications necessary to bring each Real Estate transaction successfully to closing. Beth truly provides a higher level of communication, quality, and care for clients. She can truly hear and understand what her clients want & need. She takes a “people first” approach in all business matters and she supports clients through the exciting and somewhat stressful emotions that often come up in the process of buying or selling a home.
Beth understands that clients need an agent they can trust and rely on for professional guidance and support every step of the way. Beth is motivated, driven, and determined to work hard and get the job done for you. Each Real Estate transaction and personal circumstances are different so choosing the best strategy is important. There are many moving pieces that need to be carefully navigated throughout the process. You need an agent that understands your needs and goals, is experienced, and goes a step above to guide you with utmost protection and care and without any pressure or persuasion. Buying and/or selling a home are major milestones and important financial decisions. Do not settle for less, hire Beth to guide you toward success!
