About Elizabeth

Liz began in Oregon with her first investment property, an adult care facility, in 1988. By 1995 Liz owned and managed (licensed) three adult care homes. After 10 years it was time for a change, and Liz moved to investments in a Multifamily 10 plex and 4 plex.

About Liz and her career: After rehabbing her units, Liz decided it was time to invest in her career as a Real Estate broker. After receiving her license, Liz went on to earn a CRIS designation (Certified Residential Investment Specialist) to better understand the key investment concepts like cap rates, NOI and cash on cash returns.
