Liz and her team were exceptional to work with and helped us find our dream home in Georgetown before it was listed on the market. Through her close relationships in the neighborhood, she worked with us and the developer to put the final touches on a beautiful renovated townhome, and all at a fair price. Without her guidance, we’re certain that we would have lost the home to someone else at a steeper pricepoint, and wouldn’t have been able to find a renovated home in Georgetown. We hope to work with her again soon.
