Liz is absolutely the best. I had way underestimated the value of my home, so when she suggested a price, I agreed but was skeptical. She sold my house in a week and we actually had a bidding war. She knows the market, and knows how to list, market, and close a deal. I would recommend her without reservation, and will never use anyone else.

She went above and beyond for us, and we weren't even her clients. She was the realtor of the people we bought from, and she made things right on her client's behalf.

Towards the end of the transaction for buying our new home, some communication issues arose, and some flat-out breaches of contract on the seller's part. Some GFCI outlets needed to be installed, and they weren't. We were informed they were correctly daisy-chained to make them work with the GFCI outlet on the same line, and we dropped the matter. When we finally got into the property, and I could properly check the outlets, they were not correctly wired at all.

At this point, after all the other issues we had, I was livid and ready to give Elizabeth a one-star review as I blamed her for all the communication issues. Lo and behold, I found out most of the problems arose from the husband's poor input on most of the matters. Frankly, he should be ashamed of the way he acted, and also know he opened his wife up to potential litigation with some of his suggestions and actions.

Luckily our seller chose Elizabeth as her realtor, and she was looking out for her. Out of pocket, Elizabeth paid for an electrician to change and fix all the outlets promised to be addressed in the housing contract. I was utterly shocked by this and decided she went from zero to hero in my book. I have never heard of a realtor going to these lengths to make things right and to protect her clients.

Sadly I heard the seller dropped her as the buying agent for their next home, and frankly, that's a real shame. She is going to need someone looking out for her like Elizabeth did. Especially if her husband keeps giving bad advice. If you want someone that is going to go above and beyond to protect you in a sale I suggest getting Elizabeth selling for you.

Buying a house is never an easy processs. It is stressful & nerve wracking at the best of times, but then add in COVID-19 and the market being a sellers market to the mix, I'm sure you can only imagine how that compounded the buying process. Fortunately, we had Liz as our realtor! 9 offers, 2 accepted, 1 failed, and 1 closed, and viewings of more houses than i can count. Liz never waivered in helping us find the perfect home. Her tenaciousness in emailing us the newest listings that met our wishlist and setting up showings as quickly as she could helped us find the perfect home. Her calm demeanor got us through the emotional roller coaster of buying our home. I've known Liz for years...before she was a realtor actually, so when we started looking for our new home, I knew we'd want her help representing us for our first time home buying experience. That and with so many referals from friends and coworkers that worked with her for their home purchases, it was an easy decision for us.

From the initial client meeting, convenient email listings tailored to what we were looking for to the showings themselves, Liz has been a top notch realtor that always made the accomodations we needed in terms of scheduling. She was never pushy and ensured that the home we purchased was the right property for us and made the most sense for our budget.

We ended up finding our forever home in the perfect neighborhood after only 3 showings. She even helped us secure a better deal than what was listed. There were a few bumps along the way, which can be pretty common for such a large purchase, but she was always there to guide us through it all.
