Elizabeth Elliot Maulick

As a fourth generation Californian raised on the Peninsula and a graduate of UC Berkeley, Elizabeth is deeply rooted in this area. She has lived in Palo Alto for 18 years where she and her husband have raised their two college aged sons. She has immersed herself in the community volunteering for the Palo Alto school district, St. Francis High School and the Palo Alto Soccer Club. She currently is a council member for Palo Alto Silicon Valley Realtor Association where she helps foster Realtor ethics and relationships.

Elizabeth distinguishes herself from other agents in that she has continued her real estate education at Stanford Graduate School where she received an APR Certificate emphasizing negotiation, as well as receiving superior training and education by completing the APR Master's program. APR has since joined forces with Compass Real Estate. She also has a diversified business background from sales and marketing in technology to buying and management in retailing that gives her a broader understanding of business. She strives to have relational transactions rather than transactional relationships; she stays in touch with her client's long term and her clients recommends her to their friends and are repeat clients as well, Elizabeth's clients appreciate that she has an insightful understanding for the strategy, logistics, emotions, and adjustments involved in a real estate transaction.
