Buying or selling a home should be an enjoyable experience! Born and raised in the Capital District I have a unique background that brought me to real estate. I hold a degree in photography and have held many positions within that field including owning my own small photography business; Photo Play. I also grew up in a 200 year old farm house that my parents had converted into a three family home. I watched all my siblings purchase their first homes and not surprisingly they all started with a multifamily home and I was no different. What I didn't expect was that after I purchased that home, I would be hooked on real estate and not be able to stop looking at houses. I purchased my first non-owner occupant investment property in 2005, became a realtor's assistant and became licensed in 2008. I have since been able to share my love for all things real estate with buyers and sellers throughout the Capital Region as a full time realtor and have enjoyed every second of it. I still remember the excitement of searching for my first home and now I get to enjoy it over and over again with my clients.
Buying or selling real estate is all about being a trusted advisor during one of the largest transactions of someone's life. I don't take that trust lightly. I am never too busy to put a client at ease or spend extra time explaining documents or the process. I am enthusiastic as I truly love what I do and there is nothing more rewarding than walking into a home and knowing that it is the perfect home for my buyers or getting an offer on my seller's home.
I would love to assist you in your real estate needs or answer any questions you may have. You will never feel like just another transaction and yes, it is possible to have fun along the way!
