The consummate professional, keeping us informed every step of the way and always available when we had questions. She showed up with a book prepared on our house, with comps, and a strategy of how she would sell our home. Within a day of listing, we had offers above our listing price. Within a week, we had a rock-solid contract to buy our home for more than our asking price. When looking at other homes for sale in our area that have been on the market for months, that is nothing short of amazing.
During the escrow, Elizabeth personally came to our house...and even to our gym when we weren't at home...to bring documents that needed signing. She also helped out finding us available contractors who would quickly show up to perform any repair work needed to get our house ready for sale.
It was obvious that she would work very hard and do anything needed to sell our house and follow up until the very last day. On top of that, she is very friendly and gracious.

Elizabeth is the absolute best anyone could ask for in a realtor or a human being. My brother and I sold my mother's home after she died. This was a home we had lived in as a family for 60+ years and it was difficult for us to let it go. My brother had worked with many realtors in the past and was wary of them and I shared his wariness. We interviewed quite a few realtors, but from the moment Elizabeth walked in our front door we knew we had the realtor we wanted. None of the other realtors even came close. She was ultra-prepared and was extremely patient and open to hearing our views and concerns. This never changed throughout the entire process of selling our home. Elizabeth was always there for us no matter when we contacted her, and she kept us constantly appraised of how the sale was going. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest, forthright, and caring. We sold our cherished home solely because of Elizabeth's fantastic work which made it a great experience for us.
