Elizabeth Groshar

Elizabeth Groshar is the broker/owner of EDG Realty LLC and EDG Realty Refer LLC. Ever since she began Real Estate she dreamed of opening her own brokerage and making it a place where agents could call home and help show others the importance of exemplifying the customer service side of Real Estate. Originally from New Jersey, Elizabeth has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years, she began by helping in the marketing department of a mortgage company while in high school and throughout her summers at college. In 2008 she moved to Tampa, FL. After Elizabeth graduated from the University of Tampa she entered the title side of Real Estate where she learned a lot of the behind-the-scenes work of a real estate transaction as a title processor.

In 2014 when Elizabeth moved to Sarasota County with her husband, after vacationing here her entire life, she decided to get her Real Estate license and work at a local Real Estate franchise, where she quickly became one of the top producers. She thoroughly enjoyed real estate, furthered her education in 2017, and received her broker's license. She continued to work with buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota, Charlotte, and Manatee County as a Broker-Associate. In 2019 Elizabeth opened up EDG Realty and named it EDG which are her son, Ethan's, initials. In 2021 the company expanded opening up a branch for referral agents called EDG Realty Refer. Elizabeth also has her real estate instructor's license and enjoys training her agents with real-world experience. When Elizabeth isn't doing real estate she enjoys hanging out and making fun memories with her husband (Alon), son (Ethan), and their black lab (Cupcake).
