As a native Texan, Liz has resided in the Austin area since 1982. In that time, she has seen the city and surrounding areas grow exponentially over the past 4 decades. With her familiarity, deep understanding, and extensive knowledge of the Central Texas market, Liz pursued her passion for real estate. As a licensed REALTOR since 2007, she has been working with buyers and sellers specializing in residential home purchases and sales.
Much of Liz’s success comes from her dedication and commitment to building trust and long-lasting relationships by forming special connections with each of her clients. By focusing on each client’s unique needs, she has maintained client loyalty resulting in 98% referral-based business. She believes the biggest compliment to an agent is repeat business and referrals and has therefore served many of her client’s multiple times. She has even worked with several of her client’s grown children, assisting them in finding their first home and knows the importance of location, schools, and community.
Liz understands moving and finding the perfect home can sometimes be challenging, but she takes the time to make sure her clients are comfortable and understand the process each step of the way. Her strength as a strong negotiator benefits her tremendously while working persistently behind the scenes on behalf of her clients to represent their best interests.

In her free time, Liz enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and social gatherings with her neighbors. She also enjoys working in her yard, cooking, and traveling.
