We closed on our home today and I can, *hand-to-heart* say that we could not have navigated this home buying process without Elizabeth. She is expeptional at what she does. Here are a just a few reasons why we will continue to recommend her - over and over again.

She knows the pulse of the market and was able to counsel us on the best way to structure our offer. We listened to her advice and trusted her experience completely. Her guidance definitely paid off, as were able to get our offer accepted in a multiple-offer situation and in a seller's market.

She answered all texts, calls and emails promptly. If she couldn't give us her full attention right way, she let us know when she could... and then she followed thru with contacting us. That's a huge plus in my book!

Elizabeth showed us seven properties in one day, when we were scheduled to see only four. She was so flexible when she was with us and called to set up showings 'on the fly' the same day. We ended up buying the 7th house that we viewed that day!

But there's more..and this is important!
She is not pushy.
She gets to know you and makes you feel as if you are her only client (even though we knew that, logically, she had a zillion balls in the air that she was juggling).
We never felt like a nuisance, no matter how many questions we threw her way. She is also very friendly, patient & personable.

We cannot say enough fabulous words about Elizabeth. If you are lucky enough to have the chance to work with her...go for it.
Do not hesitate. You will not regret it!
