Elizabeth Parham

Elizabeth "Liz" Hana Parham is a Jacksonville native and is an expert on the local market. She has experience in sales and marketing and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. Liz has been involved in Real Estate since 2010 when she started working as a property manager. In addition to her property manager duties, she has been responsible for vacation rental sales and operations for 6 luxury properties in Colorado and Louisiana. Using her experience and her love of real estate, Liz decided to become a Realtor in the summer of 2016 and enjoys helping her clients buy and sell homes. She understands the buying and selling process can be frustrating, challenging and complicated. Liz provides a vast knowledge of the area and her clients receive the utmost attention and care. While she isn’t out helping one of her clients, Liz loves the beach, going to concerts and spending time with friends and family. She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with her husband, Michael, their son, Declan and their favorite pup, Kaiser. GO GATORS!!
