Liz is such a great realtor! My wife and I were referred to her by friends who had an equally amazing experience working with Liz. She went above and beyond to help us find our forever home! Every home we toured with her, she had a comprehensive research packet so we knew all the important information and when we put in an offer, she was able to work with our mortgage broker and negotiate within our extremely tight budget to get us accepted. When we were ready to sell our old house, she put together an impressive marketing package which resulted in us receiving offers and accepting one within 24 hours of listing! For reference, a similar home down the street took over 40 days to sell! Another great sign was that everyone that we worked with from the home inspector, mortgage broker, and title agents throughout the process of buying and selling our homes commented on how great Liz is to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and always had backup plans ready to go if things didn’t go our way. While I hope to not need her services any time soon, I would hire her again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

If you are looking to buy or sell property in the Treasure Valley, this should be your agent.

1. She is not a personal friend.
2. I was a Realtor in the 80’s and 90’s, so I fully understand the needs on both sides, buyer and seller.
3. As an out-of-state buyer, I want someone to understand my needs and will work hard to find prospective properties.
4. This woman is AWESOME. She is working so hard for me. Never out of touch. Photos, videos or FaceTime on the ones I’m interested. Then a Market Analysis and comparison on each.
5. It is quite obvious she knows what she’s doing.

We were so happy to have found Liz. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for a reasonable price. She was patient and really friendly as we traveled to look at homes over several months.
In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Liz was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

Liz has helped us buy and sell several homes over the years. She is professional, attentive, and handles tough negotiations with ease. She thoroughly explains all the steps and details so we were informed on all aspects of the contract and we didn’t have to worry. She recently referred an agent to us from out of state. She wasn’t required to do anything more, however, she kept in touch and worked with the other agent to oversee the purchase. If you want an educated, personable realtor she’s the one!
